HCA Inspire is an internal communication tool designed for HCA Healthcare and partner organization employees. The app facilitates communication through social media-like feeds, enabling colleagues to stay informed about important unit, facility, division, and enterprise updates. Additionally, users with a My Scheduler Web profile can conveniently access their schedules directly from the app.
With HCA Inspire, users can choose from three different account types: Nurse, PCT, or LPN; Facility Staff; and Division & Corporate User. The app offers features such as feed and posting capabilities, notifications for app activity, integration with My Scheduler for schedule management, customizable badges for accomplishments, and access to the HCA Healthcare Today blog for company-related content.
